your door, entryway and corners to ensure it will fit through
or around them.It is shipped by our in-home furniture delivery
company, which specializes in delivering furniture into
the house. It will arrive at your address 7 to 14 business
days after leaving our warehouse. The delivery company will
contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time
with a 4-hour window for delivery Monday through Friday
between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. For an additional charge, you
can also arrange for a Saturday or evening delivery.
The Premier Home Delivery Service includes
inside home placement delivery, unpacking and debris removal.
Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect
the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred
while in transit. It is normal for the packaging to show
some wear. However, if there is visible damage to the contents,
refuse delivery of the order and contact a Customer Service
Associate by calling 1-800-966-6546. Please have your order
number available when you call. Please note: Oversize items
cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. protectorates
