This roaster is made of steel and the inside pan is covered with enamel. The overall size is about 24 1/2" long from handle to handle, 14 1/2" wide and about 7 1/2" high. The removable inside pan is 17 1/2" long by 11 1/2" wide by 5 1/2" high. The temperature ranges from 0 to 450 degrees. There is also a handy removable roasting rack that helps you remove the roast from the roaster. Also the rack raises the roast to allow for grease to drip off of it. On each side of the roaster above the handles is a place to put the lid while you are checking on the roast. The lid is domed to allow for more inside space for cooking. We fit an 18 lb. Turkey in this roaster with no problem.
